Job Details

STARTING FROM MARCH | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Administration & Payroll Intern to join our Human Resources Administration team at our office in Trebaseleghe (PD).

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
  • Attendance and employee relationship management;
  • Preparation of contracts;
  • Management of records;
  • Management of hiring, termination, and transfer processes;
  • Management of HR reports and archive.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Labor Consultancy;
  • Proficiency in computer tools and the Office package (especially Excel);
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Previous experience in a company or professional studio is a plus;
  • The profile is also characterized by strong interpersonal skills, precision, confidentiality, and reliability.
