Job Family Group Description - Supply Chain: Gathers pre- and post-production cycle jobs in fields such as resource planning, order management, logistics and distribution, warehousing and aftersales repair services. Job Family Description -After Sales and Customer Service: Responds promptly to customer inquiries, with in-depth knowledge of products, services and processes. Communicates with customers through various channels. Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in order to improve customer service efficiency and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Sub-Job Family Description - After Sales: Resolves technical difficulties and issues with our customers after a sale. Plays a pivotal role in strengthening the bond between customers and sales staff.

Accountabilities
  • Arrange the regional shipment of product between STORE/RCS and also repair center by packing/unpacking
  • Manage local repair shipment through KS system
  • Check each single parcel to match shipment document and product physically
  • Update receiving stage into KS system and hand in to each person in charge of RPC
  • Classify and put away stocks according to their final destination under the RPC's confirmation
  • Arrange the global shipment preparing document for customs supported by agency
  • Support deliberation process with Korea consumer protection board
  • After Sales cases management
  • Communicate with HQ front office to define defectiveness and feasibility of repairs
  • Communicate with store/rarely with customer to define global care coverage and to implement WW policy properly for final customer
  • Manage regional/central repair ordering spare parts if needed in collaboration with store
  • Check operation monitoring report provided by HQ weekly and cascade info to store and update the KS system.
  • Monitor pended after sales ticket twice a weekly and support store to close pended issue
  • Support store to handle customer's complaint and to deal with Korea consumer protection board & customer center in department store in case of defective issue
  • Provide customer's voice to share the current issues faced with to share with team
  • Support the WW/regional projects
  • Support to execute Technical Training twice a year
  • Support stocktaking twice a year
  • Support RPC to translate training material and documents for store


Key Requirements
  • BA degree Min.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for regular reporting
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Good English skill in both written and verbal
