Responsibilities

EOS Coordinator (6 months contract)

Employee Online Sales

1. Employee online sales assortment maintenance for SG/MY/TH/IN/VN/GU, this will include:
  • KPI 8 stocks availability check, co-work with merchandising team
  • On hand Qty check with Inventory control and warehouse team before launch new Villetta collection
  • Maintain correct stock level in Villetta warehouse location, for SG/MY/TH/IN/VN/GU markets
  • Check the price shown on EOS is matching with the latest markdown price event price
  • Adjust EOS stock assortments if there has destocking activities or mismatch Qty
  • Update the latest merchandise list on employee online sales website

2. Employee online sales website content upload and checking for SG/MY/TH/IN/VN/GU, this will include:
  • Check if EOS website contents are display correctly, with correct SKU/Qty/ Sales Price and product related information
  • Submit EOS item list to HQ team at least 3 days before launch date
  • Test drive the website before new items launch for sale
  • Raise EOS website related issue to IT department and follow up till settle

3. Check Jasper vs TEAM order list to ensure that the correct SKU was processed in POS transaction system. Transaction auditing when needed.

4. On-time follow up for payment link sending/warehouse delivery/Update for collection, to reduce employees waiting time.

5. Monthly JDA on-hand stock adjustment and transaction record checking with Inventory control team

6. Support on employee order cancel/ change request for the region.

7. Manage defect item/wrong order item exchange and return request from employees.

8. Provide monthly EOS regional sale report for review.

9. Ad-hoc assignment for EOS related topics.

Inventory Control

1. Check that inbound invoices interface from Stealth/SAP to SAP.

2. Upload Purchase Order for local vendor purchase.

3. Stock adjustments (PR Gifts, Quality Inspection, etc) and ensure the correct movement/reason code is applied.

4. Cycle count result review and posting variance (if any). Ensure cycle count posted within the month.

5. Monitor and follow up negative, inbound in transit, shipment discrepancy, customer reservation, customer consignment, discount, price override, gift to customer, open order.

6. Check that Corporate Uniform & Store Managers Uniform are recorded in SAP.

7. Co-ordinate full store inventory count (annually), review the variance reason from store before posting in SAP.

Qualification
  • A passion for the fashion industry with strong product knowledge and understanding of online order flow
  • Over 3 years of working experience in luxury industry, Ecomm/inventory control/merchandising related roles is preferred
  • Hands on approach and a strong ability to work with matrix teams in a collaborative manner. Able to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with different team
  • Certificate or Diploma holder or above
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Pro-active, creative problem solver
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Prior order transaction system/ AS 400(JDA) experience will be a plus
