ROLE MISSION This role is a unique opportunity within the headquarters in Milan that delves into both creative storytelling and clear and strategic copy to drive business results in supporting key marketing objectives. This role supports the Storytelling & Editorial Content team, that functions as an internal agency, which thrives on cross functional relationships with many other teams within the company. A unifying voice that is shaped by clear, inclusive and diverse brand values; the Gucci voice speaks to the Gucci client, the Gucci Community and also Gucci colleagues.

Hiring Requirements

  • Brainstorm, write and edit persuasive, clear and strategic copy that supports key marketing initiatives and ultimately drives business results
  • Coordinate workflows with relevant stakeholders in order to ensure the reception of clear briefs and delivery of copy within established deadlines

  • Mother-tongue English speaker/writer
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an editorial role
  • A portfolio that shows strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience in working with diverse tones of voice in copy and diverse touchpoints including press releases
  • Experience with product naming
  • Can collaborate with team members at all levels to ensure projects are consistent with copy best practices, brand guidelines, compliance and overall project goals
  • Ready to take initiative and find solutions to streamline workflows
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives
