The Store Director for Gucci Ginza Namiki Store is responsible for overseeing the overall management of the store, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in store management, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. The Store Director will be responsible for implementing and executing the special concept store strategy, which includes a restaurant component.
Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management
Store Operations Management
- Provide effective leadership to the store team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Develop and nurture a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and developing talented individuals.
Client Relationship Development
- Oversee all aspects of the store's daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales and profitability by setting sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to achieve goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the brand's image and optimize the customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock availability.
Special Concept Store Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and maximize sales opportunities through effective clienteling techniques.
- Leverage client data and feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and enhance the client experience.
- Host special events and initiatives to engage with clients and drive store traffic.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to execute the special concept store strategy, including the restaurant component.
- Ensure seamless integration between the retail and restaurant operations, creating a cohesive and immersive customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Develop and manage the store's budget, including sales targets, expenses, and profitability.
- Analyze sales and financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement cost-control measures and optimize store efficiency to maximize profitability.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Director in a luxury retail environment.
