The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location for around 500 employees.

We're searching for talented individuals whose mission will be to provide top-notch administrative support and handle our E-Commerce partners' requirements regarding fulfillment.

A day in the life of a Coordinator Sales Operations E-Commerce (m/f/x):
  • Order process: You will be responsible for the operational part of our forward order process and coordinate the order book reconciliation in close collaboration with partners and with our customer service and sales teams
  • You will oversee the incoming EDI orders and organize the sample management
  • Data: You will create article master data for our partners
  • Analytics: You will ensure fact-based decision processes through involvement of existing data and reporting in close collaboration with sales analysts.
  • You will be responsible for divisional reporting's (e.g. delivery status, available to sell report)
  • You will improve and maintain an efficient replenishment process (from ATS to delivery)


What do we need from you? You have:
  • Relevant work experience in an administrative or operational role
  • An organizational talent and the ability to set priorities
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • A solution-oriented action and precise working method
  • The ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders and a high degree of team spirit
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • First knowledge of SAP FMS would be a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English
