HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, Global Product HUB sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

As HR we always stream for a continuous evolution of our services and processes, so we are now looking for a strong team player who will act as HR process digitalization accelerator reporting to a Senior HR Manager.

Specifically, the person will be in charge of global digital project roll out for HUGO BOSS Ticino and internal system evolution and alignment, taking care of:

What you can expect:

  • Be the point of reference for Global HR Digitalization roll out (HR System and modules) for HUGO BOSS Ticino;
  • Perform project requirement receipts, evaluation, tailoring, testing and roll out according to internal processes;
  • Guarantee project fulfilment in term of corporate guidelines, Ticino necessities assessment, timeline, costs and law compliance;
  • Enhance digitalization of internal process in strong relation with the HR processes key owners and IT;
  • Ensure an effective performance of all HR tools and systems like (SAP HCM, Success factor, IBS..);
  • Provide support to HR Team with dedicated training sessions.
  • Prepare project reporting and presentations.


Your profile:

  • Have previous experience (of at least 5 years) in similar role developed in consultancy firms or international companies with a complex organization and digitalization stream;
  • Proven role in implementation of HR System such as SAP, Success Factor or equivalent;
  • Project management background and a high organizational mindset;
  • Goal driven with a high sensibility on process and costs;
  • Open to embrace change, with a focus on customer-centricity;
  • Communication and networking skills.
  • Fluent in English.
