Role Responsibility:

We are looking for a new Sales Support Administrator join the Wholesale Team at Cutler and Gross at our Head Office in London. You will provide support to the Sales Team and our external Sales Partners with order input, returns management and data management. The individual we are looking for will have an eye for detail, possess excellent organisational skill, be customer focused and have an interest in growing and developing their skills in a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Sales Team to assist with Sales Order Entry, actioning order requests for Sales Agents and Customers.
  • Working alongside our warehouse teams in London and Italy to manage customer returns and create credit notes.
  • Monitoring Daily Orders to ensure all customer requests are actioned ahead of shipment.
  • Creating weekly back-order reports to be shared with the Sales Team and external partners.
  • Creating weekly sales invoice reports to share with the Sales Team and external partners.
  • Assisting with Data Entry and ensuring data is correct and up to date on CRM and B2B Platforms.
  • Creating Pro Forma Invoices following on from stock deliveries
  • Organising sample shipments to Global Partners ahead of each new collection launch.
  • Monitoring stock levels for POS to assist with forecasting.
  • Placing telephone orders for customers.


  • 1+ years’ experience in Data Entry/ Customer Service/ Data Admin Role
  • Good IT Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel is desirable and must be comfortable learning to use new software.
  • Proficiency in numeracy.
