JOB SUMMARY

The Retail Training Senior Manager, Asia is responsible for the design, delivery and measurement of training programs focused on sales, product knowledge and brand immersion across the Asia Region for all Retail locations and Wholesale accounts as needed. The individual will partner closely with corporate training team to both identity needs and develop materials to ensure a consistent brand and customer experiences globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop key relationships within the organization in order to assess ongoing training needs
  • Analyze, design, develop, implement and measure new training programs and curriculum necessary to achieving company goals
  • Provide insight and direction on cultural needs and practices to ensure appropriate training approach
  • Customize training programs and tools to meet the unique needs of Asia region markets
  • Work to facilitate a consistent customer experience across the wholesale and retail channels
  • Create an onboarding plan for international stores with supplemental tools to ensure consistent implementation
  • Facilitate brand, product and sales training in the Asia region
  • Ensure frequent communication and feedback among markets and corporate teams
  • Measure effectiveness of each training and propose improvements


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • University degree
  • 6-8 years' training and development experience
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Strong understanding of instructional design, learning theory, brand aesthetic and industry
  • Ability to deliver learning experiences effectively across diverse cultures and markets
  • Strong understanding of cultural differences and norms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Retail experience a plus


  • Around 30-40% travelling time
