Sophie Bille Brahe ApS is recruiting an experienced sales manager to join our wholesale team in Copenhagen. We are seeking a brand ambassador and with a keen business sense who can further develop our most established markets. You will join a dynamic company where we strive to continue our growth whilst providing an excellent, luxury service to our clients around the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the development and growth of our wholesale distribution in the European markets.
  • Focus on elevating business relationships and placement within our key online and department store accounts. Identifying new business and establishing partnerships.
  • Forecast and negotiate seasonal budgets and sales terms.
  • Implement and meet seasonal sales targets.
  • Presentation and selling of seasonal collections during the sales campaigns in Paris, Copenhagen and the US.
  • Plan relevant and results driven travel schedules and sales activities to drive sales through trunk shows, staff trainings and client visits.
  • Post-sales analysis of statistics and customer feedback to better optimize future sell-ins. Maintain in-season dialogue with business partners, whilst staying reactive to sales reports and sales opportunities, monitoring RRP’s and geo-pricing strategies.
  • Liaise closely with other departments (production, accounting) to ensure the smooth delivery of all seasonal orders and payments

YOUR COMPETENCES

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within wholesale. Preferably within fine jewelry or luxury fashion, in international markets.
  • Service-minded, detail oriented, and organized. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Team player motivated to learn and grow.
  • Flexibility during busy sales periods and ability to travel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, JOOR or similar back office systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in French or Italian is a plus

Sophie Bille Brahe Inc is recruiting a highly motivated Private Sales Manager based in New York to support and
grow sales in the US via private appointments and trunk shows.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Hosting Private Appointments for clients in New York and major cities in the US.
Scheduling and hosting online “virtual private appointments” with clients.
Responsible for ensuring a tailored experience and exceptional service for US based clients.
Assist HQ with planning and executive trunk shows for key wholesale partners.
Develop strong customer relationships and offer an exclusive and personal brand experience.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients, and developing new clients via appointments.
Handling US customer inquiries and request via mail and phone.
Having a central role in establishing a US brand presence for our client base.


YOUR COMPETENCES
Minimum two years of experience within sales or personal shopping/styling, preferably within fine jewelry or
luxury.
Based in New York City.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely service-minded, detail oriented and organized.
Solution oriented, committed & structured.
Independent with a proactive mindset and ability to work with tight deadlines.
Exhibits a strong work ethic, responsibility, leadership skills, high energy level, and is team-oriented.
