The Team

The objective of the DTC Commercial Finance & Business Analytics team within PVH Europe is to act as the bridge between the Business and Finance; supporting the Business owners to translate their strategies into budgets and long-term plans; and with that setting and safeguarding financial targets for PVH Europe.

The Position

The Senior Business Analyst reports into the Manager E-commerce Controlling and will be supporting the FP&A activities serving the e-commerce department of the DTC Hub.

More specifically:
  • Be an expert in the periodical (FP&A) activities and related deliverables from a closing, budgets, re-forecasts and strategic planning perspective (full P&L).
  • Support the manager e-commerce Controlling in forging strong relationships with senior management in e-commerce (directors and above) and senior HQ stakeholders (such as Finance/Controlling, Strategy/Analytics, etc.).
  • Have an analytical mindset and drive profitability analysis across different channels to the next level (O&O and marketplaces).
  • Involvement in e-commerce projects to optimize business analysis and reporting landscape.
  • Understanding and enhancing master data.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related roles, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for details and the ability to extract insights from complex data sets and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in driving financial performance, process improvement within a retail environment and exposure to a full P&L.
  • Experience working in Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in analysis and ERP tools such as Excel and SAP (BW, FMS, BPC).
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
