Position Overview
The NA Director of Logistics Finance would be responsible for leading the overall financial planning, forecasting, analysis and controls process for NA Distribution & Ecommerce operations. The successful candidate will also provide strategic financial insight to the Logistics senior leadership team regarding optimizing NA Logistics service, quality and cost.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Oversees the group's financial operations including: annual budgeting, forecasting expenses for each Division, and monthly financial close · Leads cross functional meetings and initiatives to analyze and improve Logistics performance. · Support new business initiatives, including strategic leadership and input on network design, ensuring appropriate return on investment, budgeting and forecasting financial impact and managing the integration costs · Reports on Distribution & Ecommerce fulfillment expense performance by Division, identifying key variance drivers and recommending corrective courses of action · Develop strong business partnerships across the organization and to support Logistics operations by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and annual plan · Work with operations team on continuous improvement projects, identifying areas in need of improvement · Identify and develop performance metrics in alignment with strategic goals · Create and redesign business processes to support effective financial management · Define controls and reporting capabilities that enable budgeting, accurate forecasting, financial analysis and management of operations, including month end accrual management. · Present for action the operational results, forecasts and analysis for internal and external reporting · Coordinates with corporate finance to ensure the group follows all appropriate guidelines for ensuring operating efficiencies, internal controls and corporate governance · Function as the key business partner for interactions and communications with various departments and third party vendors, including Finance, Production, Operations, General Accounting & Accounts Payable · Identify/manage operational opportunities & risks · Participate in internal and external audits; oversee and coordinate responses to audit requests

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
▪ Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, MBA preferred ▪ 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis and operating budget management ▪ Demonstrated success in leading cross functional projects to improve business results ▪ Knowledge and familiarity with distribution & ecommerce operations is a plus ▪ 3+ years of supervisory experience ▪ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint ▪ Experience with Hyperion Essbase and/or Adaptive Insights a plus ▪ Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze data ▪ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management. ▪ Strong leadership, organizational and analytical and interpersonal skills are required. Must have the ability to manage conflict ▪ Highly organized with well-honed time-management skills, able to juggle multiple projects with ease, and prioritize or escalate when necessary to ensure deliverables meet deadlines. ▪ Build, develop, and lead a high-performing logistics finance team with growth and development opportunities ▪ Team player possessing a strong work ethic and drive for results.
