We are looking for a UX Digital Copywriting Coordinator to join our Digital Design Team, based in Milan.
As a UX Copywriter, you will be tasked with creating compelling, user-centred narratives that seamlessly integrate across all brand touchpoints. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative experiences, using words that resonate with customers, enhance user satisfaction, and drive business objectives.
You will be at the heart of the strategic direction of Gucci's UX Copy. This involves combining research, insights, journey analysis, and experience design to create exceptional customer experiences. Your goal is to transform the editorial narrative into consistent and coherent user journeys, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

  • Collaborate with senior Design leadership to drive and define the UX Writing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the latest fashion trends and customer expectations.
  • Adopt a data-centric approach based on user research with qualitative and quantitative methods, extracting insights and trends to inform the design process.
  • Work closely with UX Designers to create customer-centric journeys, ensuring each touchpoint resonates with the latest industry trends.
  • Drive localization with translation partners for worldwide markets.
  • Champion for web accessibility, ensuring an inclusive experience.
  • Develop copy ecosystems around complex projects, involving multiple touchpoints and stakeholders, to create a cohesive and engaging narrative.
  • Promote and share the best UX writing, empowering designers to craft compelling and fashion-forward copy, and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Maintain detailed design documentation, ensuring transparent knowledge sharing within the team and other copywriting teams.
  • Present copy persuasively to internal/external teams and stakeholders, explaining rationale and impact.


Proven track record in:
  • Creating and implementing elevated client service experiences and strategy (in the luxury industry a plus)
  • 5 years' experience in UX Writing or equivalent role.
  • Using both digital and analog writing tools such as CMS, Style Guides etc.
  • Staying at the forefront of new tools and trends in the agency, experience with AI Prompt Design is a plus
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects where UX Writing shines, highlighting holistic 360° customer journey.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Optimistic, open-minded and creative spirit
  • Approach based on OKRs, KPI, and proven performance targets.
  • Problem solver, able to find creative solutions developing new concepts with the aim to engage clients.
  • Led to act by learning from experiences.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Optimistic, open-minded and creative spirit
  • Great communication and team player skills
  • Knowledge of Agile or similar project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluent and confident writing in both English and Italian a plus.
