To support our ongoing international growth plans, we have an exciting newly created opportunity to join our Retail Property Projects team, in the position of Project Manager - Concept Stores. Based in our headquarters in Rosebery, you will report to the Retail Property Projects Manager, and work closely with our external partners, to ensure the successful delivery of key projects across our Retail and Wholesale global network.

This is a great role for a project manager looking to get your teeth stuck into the luxury retail market, working for the best wholesale partners in the industry.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • The overall project management for concept store projects, such as concessions and shop in shops.
  • Build project briefs and schedules to meet the Store Planning Project lifecyle.
  • Managing budget, and ensuring effective cost control.
  • General contractor and vendor bidding.
  • Working closely with our Delivery Partners to ensure our high quality design standards and guidelines are met.
  • Effective reporting and communication cross-functionally.

The successful candidate will maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, to develop and continuously optimize efficient project processes and outcomes.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture or similar background is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management preferable in the retail sector
  • Demonstrated ability in full lifecycle project management
  • Working knowledge of Landlord typical requirements, design guidelines and standards.
  • Driven, goal focused, client oriented and with entrepreneur mindset
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, project management and people management skills
  • Multi-lingual and strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Design and quality oriented with a strong eye for details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Photoshop tools (desired)
