Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Deliver and maintain an elevated customer experience within the store environment
* Implement the Ralph Lauren ways of working and selling culture to maximize sales and profitability
* Develop and monitor key metrics that drive the business plan
* Keep up to date with competitor activity Operations
* Reporting directly to the Regional Manager
* Manage inventory flow to minimize shrink loss through operational excellence
* Manage and maintain a safe work environment for customers and employees by complying with all company policies and procedures

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Energetic, passionate and results driven
* Experienced leader having previously worked in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience and background within ECI
