To strengthen our Leisurewear division, we are looking for a Team Leader Raw Materials Sourcing & Planning (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

  • Independent and proactive management of the sourcing and planning process with the aim of establishing an optimal supplier portfolio that is helping to achieve the relevant KPIs
  • Analyzing all purchasing-relevant KPIs and initiating the necessary adjustments and measures for optimization
  • Management and development of the procurement team within a matrix organization, as well as a continuous and sustainable development of the know-how within the team
  • Promoting an open and motivating team culture whilst creating a trusting and inspiring working atmosphere
  • Responsibility for the strategic supplier management, e.g. supplier relationship management, framework agreement, management of the supplier portfolio, vendor onboarding/offboarding, risk management, vendor performance management
  • Independent interface management involving all relevant stakeholders, building and strengthening relationships with the aim of achieving optimal results for the entire company
  • Driving the digitalization of the procurement processes considering current and future challenges, incl. the necessary change management


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or textile management
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the textile or fashion sector, as well as leadership experience
  • Experience how to operate confidently within a complex matrix environment with various stakeholders from supply chain and design
  • Personal skills in the area of leadership, such as communication and motivation skills, empathy, structuring skills and goal orientation
  • Strong entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking
  • Very good negotiating skills in an international environment and persuasiveness
  • Strong understanding of numbers and complex interrelationships
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and visionary thinking
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Good Excel & PowerPoint (MS Office) skills, as well as basic understanding of SAP/SNP, preferably experience with PLM systems
