We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

- Start date: April 1st, 2024
- Duration: 6 months
- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland
- Note: This is a paid internship

Your Mission

- Help manage the development backlog, prioritize features and enhancements in collaboration with the engineering team
- Help facilitate sprint events (dailies, retros, plannings, etc.) for the On app teams to ensure efficient development cycles
- Evaluate, specify, and drive improvements in the app based on user feedback and industry best practices
- Coordinate joint changes and initiatives with the ecommerce website team to maintain a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, design/UX, data analytics, merchandising, marketing, and more, to align app strategies and goals
- Work on improving key KPIs such as revenue from the app, conversion rates, and user satisfaction
- Grow the number of app users and enhance user retention
- Support the Mobile App Product Manager in shaping the app's long-term strategy

Your Story

- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- You are proficient in understanding and analyzing user data and market trends
- You have exceptional communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- You can demonstrate an ability to define and prioritize product features based on user needs and business goals
- You have some experience or understanding of agile development methodologies

Meet The Team

You will join our existing app team, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment dedicated to making the On app one of our most successful ecommerce channels. The On app team is part of the DTC Digital product organization, responsible for developing and maintaining our ecom app. The team consists of product managers, software and QA engineers, designers and UX researchers.

Beyond your team, you will work closely with the other engineering teams and business stakeholders, including digital marketing, merchandising, data analytics, and the regions, to identify requirements and aligning on priorities for the On app.
