Assist the project manager with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects. Assist in organizing and communicating all the details of projects and specific assignments to team members and serve as a liaison between those team members and the project manager. 


  • Coordinator/Clothing Production
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors as needed to support project execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement in Asana
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track
  • Assist managing schedules, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables and dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed
  • Organize assets, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
  • Maintain Team’s Dropbox updated and organized 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to identify and improve project processes as needed
  • Keep office supplies stocked 
  • Work closely with team to keep track of shipments 
  • Make POs 
  • Ensure productions are delivered on time
  • Maintain consistent and close communication with factory
  • Technical Design
  • Assist with creation of tech-packs for production
  • Create/update Google slides, linesheets, PDF’s, Etc.
  • Assist with sample production approvals
  • Help with any other miscellaneous design tasks


  • 2-3 years of experience in project  coordination / clothing production environment and technical design experience in the fashion and or design industry
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects


  • Strong written and verbal skills 
  • Proficient - Expert in Google Drive - Docs, Sheets, Slides
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Shipping Logistics 
  • Experience in apparel and accessory design
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and car 
  • Fluent in Japanese is a plus but a not requirements
