The Role:

As t he Sales Executive for UGG in Italy , you will own and and grow the sales of UGG products to customers a cross your region . You will be a key contributor and coordinator in supporting retailers t o sell our brand to consumers i n t h e I t a l i a n m a r k e t .

W e are looking for a candidate with exceptional core selling skills , to help deliver the sales plan for the territory. Tobe successful in this role, y ou ’ll need to be highly organised and comfortable travelling independently t o r etail partners across the region. Fluency in both Italian and English and Valid full driving licence is a requirement for this role.

Your Impact:

  • Own and expan d the database of customers i n y o u r t e r r i t o r y
  • Provide seasonal forecasts for your account portfolio and collect feedback
  • Present new collections and obtain orders from your customers
  • Prepare and deliver necessary retail training to partners

  • Collaborate with retail and marke ting teams to deliver in-store merchandisi ng, promotions and sales demonstrations in store
  • Share and report on field activities to internal stakeholders

Who You Are:

  • You are a great communicator, with core negotiation and selling skills
  • You have an understanding for the market and s h ow p assio n for the industry
  • You’re comfortable with frequent travel within your territory, potentially beyond
  • Highly organised, able to adapt to changing priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Comfortable a n a l y s i ng a n d pr e s e n t i n g d a t a / f i nd i ng s

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Previous W holesale S ales experience , covering a region
  • E xperience in footwear or fashion is a plus
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
  • Valid full driving licence
