The workplace will either be London or Metzingen.

What you can expect:

  • Developing and executing high-impact marketing projects aligned with the brand's long-term strategic goals as well as working closely together with senior management to identify growth opportunities and define the roadmap for these projects
  • Professionally lead a team of marketing managers and coordinators, ensuring seamless project execution, adherence to timelines, and successful project outcomes
  • Staying at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative concepts to drive innovative marketing projects
  • Fostering collaboration among various departments, including Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Supporting Marketing Functions, Creative Studio & Consumer Experience
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of each project as well as providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership
  • Conducting market research to gather insights into consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive intelligence, and leverage this information to inform project strategies
  • Overseeing and driving projects related to sustainable practices, ethical sourcing, and the development of sustainable product lines
  • Leading projects related to digital presence enhancement, e-commerce improvements, website redesigns, mobile app development, and digital marketing strategies
  • Playing a crucial role in planning and executing brand expansion into new markets or product categories

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree or have had greater learning experience through work
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing and Consumer Experience Functions (Retail / Digital Transformation) within a Fashion or Lifestyle brand company or agency
  • Excellent understanding of Consumer-Centric Marketing/Experiences and the processes involved in bringing this from concept through to execution
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and exhibit confidence when cooperating with colleagues and management throughout all levels of the company hierarchy
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver high quality results in defined timeframe
  • High level of organisation, leadership and decision-making skills to set right priorities and adjust resources if needed
  • Agile mindset, intercultural competence and comfortable to work under pressure in a complex and fast-changing environment
  • Profound industry and market knowledge
