We are looking for a motivated Personalization Manager (m/f/d) to support our Global Customer Engagement Team. This position will focus on our new Customer Data Platform (CDP).

What you can expect:

  • Drive customer engagement by creating engaging, interactive, and automated omnichannel journeys to turn HUGO BOSS customers into fans and prospects into buyers
  • Join a newly created Personalization Team and collaborate with international colleagues and Marketing Interfaces such as eCommerce, Mobile App, Performance Marketing, Newsletter, and offline Retail to create seamless and personalized member journeys throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Act as the global connecting interface between business channel departments and technical implementation teams to establish functional and non-functional requirements for our new Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Define and implement an omnichannel approach to customer personalization across departments and stakeholders
  • Manage the global use case process, from conceptualization to value measurement, based on strategic CDP audiences
  • Establish and oversee the HUGO BOSS 1st Party data strategy, including data ingestion, standardization, and provision for various marketing channels and internal stakeholders like Marketing Departments and Data Science Teams
  • Support channel-specific campaign management by identifying and configuring new user segments/audiences in our CDP


Your profile:

  • Completed studies in business administration, economics, communication, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Marketing systems and technologies, including CDPs, MMH/Marketing Automation, Personalization, A/B Testing, DMPs, CRM, Consent Management, Data Privacy, and Data Quality & Management
  • 4-6 years of experience in an agency or specialist marketing, media or advertising role
  • Understanding of omni-channel digital marketing principles and campaign attribution
  • Ability to think and act customer-centric, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Familiarity with data and privacy regulations
  • Strong passion for customer-centricity, analytical thinking, and creative design of omnichannel customer experiences
  • Technically savvy with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-departmental teams
  • Experience in international projects and working with remote teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
