Position Overview
The CMI function is designed to drive the consumer-centricity of our organization, grounded in industry-leading ad hoc and continuous research, in order to shape our thinking, provoking challenge and in so doing influence the global strategies and marketing plans. We have the ambition to transform the way the business thinks about our consumers, delivering key insights on our consumers, shoppers and brands through a variety of research projects and methodologies. In order to continue to drive this mission, we are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to support the digital insights function of CMI (e.g. social listening, social channel performance, search insights, trend identification) as well as aid in driving cross-category projects (e.g. brand tracking study, consumer segmentation psychographics, macro-consumer trends etc).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Conduct social listening analyses to support ongoing and ad hoc requests from the business, including but not limited to brand sentiment analysis, campaign tracking, competitor analysis and category insights · Work closely with Social Media teams to identify quickly changing content and platform best practices · Partner closely with wider CMI team to incorporate social insights into other qualitative and quantitative methodologies to provide a well-rounded analysis · Identify opportunities to expand our current digital insights tool stack with new partners and vendors that are offering cutting-edge capabilities · Support on cross-category projects, including outlining research needs and designing the studies, liaising with all global and regional stakeholders to ensure the brief meets their needs, ensuring the RFP process is completed smoothly and on time, working closely with the chosen agency to ensure projects are delivered on time with strong, actionable insights at the heart. · Deliver quarterly business reports that are distributed to the whole business, including the Board, and pulling together key insights from these · Work with the Customer Insights team and Data Analytics team on the NPS shopper study to derive deep and ongoing insights on how to improve the customer experience both instore and online · Build strong working relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners, staying up to date on the latest platform features and methodologies

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights with business-led recommendations and proven strategic thinking
* Strong research skills, from questionnaire and sample design to reporting, with good experience in quantitative studies and brand trackers
* Deep understanding of social listening and audience analysis methodologies; familiarity with deriving trends and insights from Google search data
* Experience with social listening and social analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Netbase, Meltwater)
* Familiarity with social media strategy and marketing tactics, including social commerce
* Ability to gather, review, synthesize and visualize data into a cohesive narrative with strategic recommendations
* Excellent attention to detail when handling and manipulating quantitative data
* A proactive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership, summarizing key learnings, questions or needs in a clear and succinct manner
* Exceptional writing, editing and oral communication skills
* Ability to work in high-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and requests
* Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
* Proactive and autonomous yet also strong team player
