In line with this exciting phase, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead the opening of retail stores and introduce wholesale opportunities.


Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of our retail and wholesale expansions. They will be responsible for overseeing the successful opening and management of retail stores, as well as developing and implementing wholesale strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, wholesale management, and project management.



  • Lead the planning and execution of retail store openings, including site selection, lease negotiation, store development, and staffing.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure efficient store operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage store budgets and expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail landlords, contractors, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Develop and execute wholesale strategies to expand the brand's presence in new markets.
  • Identify and evaluate potential wholesale partners, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and finance, to drive overall business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on store performance, sales trends, and wholesale partnerships.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of successfully opening and managing multiple stores.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale operations, including sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of fashion industry trends and consumer behavior.
