The Team

The EMEA Marketing Department is consumer-driven and value-led, focused on delivering impact and incremental profits for the corporation. The team adds value by smart, scalable, consumer-centric initiatives while leveraging data and insights to validate our approach.

The EMEA Marketing Team's scope is regional, with expertise in all EMEA markets and across all channels, and serves to implement and execute regional marketing strategy, develop an overarching activation framework, and to make a measurable impact in all the hubs.

The Position

The Manager Consumer Engagement is the voice of the German - West Hub market and its needs to deliver impact in the hub with a specific focus on retail and wholesale channels.

The goal is to drive performance through the creation of a consumer-focused local marketing plan and retail/wholesale activations with clear measurement of results.

Meaning determining the marketing investment, channel prioritization, and consumer programs based on the consumer and business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding the annual business goals and marketing objectives is crucial.
  • Co-shape local market annual and seasonal strategies, to ensure they are holistic, consumer-first) and ladder up to regional marketing priorities and global brand priorities
  • Make sure the programs resonate with new and existing consumers
  • Partner with the Planning & GTC team to generate insights on markets and co-shape market plans
  • Lead holistic programs cross-functionally for retail-owned & operated channel (full price & outlet) and wholesale, ensuring key consumer touchpoints are optimized and results are measured.
  • Share best practices with other markets on an ongoing basis to drive success in the EMEA region
  • Being the main POC for the assigned Hub for local marketing briefs related to retail and wholesale, and ensuring they would deliver against the KPI
  • Support in developing and implementing efficiencies within the Hub to make a greater impact in the Region (commercial, relationship management)
  • Cultivate relationships with the local marketing team and internal stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate
  • Multiple years of working experience in the fashion or luxury industry
  • Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale environment
  • Demonstrated success in driving projects from concept to implementation and measurement of results, in close partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with markets is a plus
  • Seek improvements in processes and tools to streamline communication to the markets
  • Experience in (EMEA) retail & wholesale marketing with a strong focus on the assigned hub region
  • Collaborative; able to liaise closely across different levels of the organization
  • Pro-active and hands-on and independent
  • Critical thinker, can quickly flex from strategic to operational needs
  • Fluent in English
