For our Global Customer Engagement Team (CRM), we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager (m/f/d) to manage and prioritize the backlog, drive the overall strategy, and shape innovative solutions for enhancing customer engagement and marketing communication technology stack.

What you can expect:

  • Manage and prioritize the backlog for a simple product, focusing on creating an excellent customer experience
  • Drive the overall strategy and roadmap for the product, including enhancing app push and social messaging communication capabilities
  • Shape innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and improve the marketing communication technology stack
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure timely delivery of marketing technology solutions
  • Translate retail fashion marketing needs into tech-savvy requirements and actionable items
  • Work with stakeholders and development teams to finalize concepts and make business decisions for the product backlog
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life in a dynamic, international environment
  • Represent yourself as a product expert and provide support to teams across different countries with relevant business configurations and product feature alignment

Your profile:

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Informatics, or equivalent related experience
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in CRM communication channels like app push and social messaging, with a keen interest in evolving CRM technology trends
  • Ideally experienced in product management and agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical capabilities and solution-oriented; proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to turn complex ideas into actionable plans
