Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Merchant / Merchandise Manager is responsible for developing and executing the product category and assortment strategy across all collections, ensuring alignment with the Design vision, planning requirements and consumer demands. This role involves end-to-end management of the collection lifecycle, from initial brief to to end of season evaluation, across Apparel, Footwear, Accessories and Small Leather Goods. The successful candidate will drive the Global merchandising strategy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Merchandise Manager will work alongside the Creative Director and Design Team to and deliver innovative products that resonate with and develop our luxury consumer base.



- Collection Merchandising: Define and execute the merchandising strategy for all categories, ensuring alignment with the Creative Director’s vision. Collaborate with Design Teams to develop collections that meet market demands, target pricing, and margin goals. Monitor collection development from concept to sample, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

- Sales Merchandising: Define seasonal core assortments, key launches, and ensure comprehensive visibility across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels. In collaboration with the Planning Team, analyze sell-in and sell-out performance, incorporating market feedback to adjust strategies accordingly. Pilot online merchandising strategies to optimize digital presence and sales.

- Strategic Leadership: Alongside the CEO and Creative Director, develop comprehensive merchandising strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics. Lead buying activities, including selection, assortment planning, and OTB management, to ensure a curated and cohesive product assortment that meets financial targets.

- Analysis & Reporting: Perform detailed analysis on collection performance, market trends, and consumer behavior. Provide actionable insights to optimize collection plans, global pricing and margin strategies, and sales performance.

- Training & Development: Lead product training sessions for internal teams, ensuring deep product knowledge and alignment with brand values. Collaborate with global training teams to develop comprehensive training materials.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Product Development, Planning, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy that maximizes brand growth and customer engagement. Support administration and coordination tasks related to product training and market preparation.



- 7+ years of experience in Merchandising/Buying/Product Management within the luxury fashion sector, with a proven track record of success in Women’s and Men’s categories.

- Deep understanding of luxury fashion, market trends, and consumer preferences.

- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of working effectively with creative and business teams.

- Proactive, autonomous, and a problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
