Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operation and closing activities in retail and general accounting including the inventory/costing and fixed asset functions.
  • Perform the closing activities of duty-free business.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Reconcile and analyze the balance sheet ledgers and intercompany transactions.
  • Manage the store Inventory and coordinate the stock take for warehouse and stores.
  • Perform the tax filing; VAT, Withholding tax and CIT, etc.
  • Support the external Audit and Tax adjustment.
  • Support the corporate governance and administrative tasks related to business registration.


  • More than 8 years working experience in accounting.
  • Experience in SAP /Local ERP system.
  • Business level of English.
  • Excel Skills (pivot, v-lookup)
  • Ability to work well in team environment and diversified culture.
  • Experience in Retail industry is preferred.
