What you'll be doing

- Ensure adherence to local and global HR guidelines.
- Advise on internal HR issues.
- Ensure effective and confidential management of employee relations.
- Performance management of employees.
- Ensure clear communication with regional stores.
- Organizing regular meetings with Heads of sub functions and wider business/HR community.
- Planning meetings / Townhalls when needed.
- Liaising with internal/external People teams, in relation to L&D, HR Operations.
- Support other sub functions when needed, and participation and being a member of key projects.
- Performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, and planning and coordinating.
- Be cognizant of and actively encourage Emiratization initiatives.
- Manage end to end recruitment processes and hiring of back office and front liner staff.
- Manage culture transformation and address any culture challenges.
- Effectively monitor and manage attrition across back office and front line staff Proactively suggest programs to encourage retention.
- Actively manage talent and talent development for all employees.
- Leading Diversity and Inclusion practices in line with Group policies.
- Reporting directly to General Manager, with dotted line to Chalhoub People team.
