Support the most exciting and fastest-growing global sports brand with their own retail stores operations and expansion. In this position, you will be leading the retail allocation strategies, driving sales analysis and inventory management for our stores in the China.

You will develop and implement effective allocation strategies to optimize product distribution, maximize sales and minimize stockouts or overstocks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time with right quantities. You will be part of the most exciting projects of store openings in China.

Your Mission

- Develop and execute allocation strategies that aligned with merchandising and sales objectives. Analyze historical data, market trend and customer demand to determine optimal product allocation plans for retail stores.

- Monitor inventory levels and make allocation adjustments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels in each store.

- Build sales analysis reports across regions, stores and categories that allow key stakeholders (Store leaders, head of sales, VM, Marketing, product managers, etc) to access and understand information in a simple way.

- Work closely with merchandising planner and retail operation team to ensure alignment between assortment plans, buying and allocation strategies.

- Work with relevant teams to enhance allocation and replenishment processes and systems.

- Lead the allocation team and provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's productivity and effectiveness.

- Support the merchandising lead with ad hoc projects related to retail stores.

Your Story

- 4/5 years of experience in a similar role. Preferably in the fashion/sports industry.

- Bachelor in Economics, Math, Statistics or any related science.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

- You have an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo with an appetite for relentless improvement

- Curiosity to work across different cultures and regions

- Language: Professional English

- Location: Shanghai
