In this role you will drive and support retail initiatives to increase operational excellence within our own retail stores. Along with regional retail management and store leadership, your role will grow together with us as we continue to expand our retail channel. You will support inventory management and be responsible for leading change management, writing communication, SOPs, and content (ie FAQs, resources). You will have the opportunity to shape and build On's Retail landscape and support in setting the foundation for years to come.

Your Mission

- Build inventory management process including stock count planning, cycle count analysis, stock write off, POS support etc.

- Build and deliver the quarterly and monthly store operational roadmap

- Event support for stores including coordination, logistics, materials, calendar management, etc.

- Optimize the process for new retail store openings, ensuring timely openings and smooth collaboration with stakeholders involved

- Cooperate with Retail Tech and Operations teams to implement technical processes and system improvements (e.g. warranty and return process, omni-channel offering) to enable smooth retail operations and scalable business foundations

- Support Retail Training teams to implement retail culture, WOW experience set up and improvements (e.g. culture landing process, service journey design) to enable amazing retail store working atmosphere and exceeding consumer experience

- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive Retail Excellence for existing stores and support stores in their day to day work to live up to standards
Manage & communicate store workload to other departments

Your Story

- You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role, previous experience in retail and/ or the sports industry is a plus

- You have strong experience in project management from start to finish coordinating cross-functional teams

- You have an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo with an appetite for relentless improvement

- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, but love to also get your hands dirty and do the heavy lifting yourself

Meet The Team

Support the fastest-growing global sports brand with their own retail store expansion and operations strategy. In this position, you will be supporting the Retail Operations, Retail Tech, Retail Training and the global DTC Retail team for bringing their new store opening process & existing store process to the next level. Together with the store teams you will manage & communicate store workload to other departments and steer special projects to drive operational excellence, enable smooth technical operations as well as implement omni-channel opportunities in our retail stores.
