As the E-commerce Manager, Merchandising forZegna, you will manage day to day operations for all concession and 3rd party ecommerce businesses for North America. You will be responsible for driving sales as well as ensuring the brand vision is reflected across all partners.

  • Manage day to day operations of all concession and 3rd party ecommerce businesses
  • Lead set-up of new ePartners - coordinate with IT on all integration work and set-up procedures, lead testing initiatives, and oversee training
  • Execute seasonal catalogue set-up with ePartners & manage catalogue set-up in Zegna systems (lookcast)
  • VPI management
  • Provide reporting, insight and analysis for planning and forecasting
  • Perform regular competitive analysis and present findings and recommendations
  • In-season management - ensure products are live on site, maintain status of inventory receipts, review order fulfillment and issue resolution
  • Monitor shipping and fulfillment SLAs
  • Act as point of contact between Zegna team and ePartners
  • Manage the returns and cancellation process for Bloomingdales
  • Partner with marketing team on co-op calendar and budget allocation
  • Monitor wholesale partners websites - product placement, imagery, copy and pricing/promotions
  • Communication of carryover lists to wholesale partners
  • Price monitoring across all websites - management of competitor tool
  • The hiring range for this position ranges from $95,000-$100,000 annually with bonus potential. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
  • 3-4 years of Ecommerce experience.
  • Must be independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and organized, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel
