Job Details

Danielle Frankel is seeking a Director of Sales and Client Relationships.

The ideal candidate will work directly in person and remotely with clients at Danielle Frankel through interaction within the NYC Atelier.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Host studio bridal consultations from start to finish providing superior customer service from booking through follow-up and closing.
  • Act as the liaison between brides and production by communicating with current and prospective brides regarding order details, timelines, fitting appointments, and shipments.
  • Provide a high-level of customer service, displaying flexibility and intuitiveness in navigating individual client experiences.
  • Build brand loyalty and establish trust with clients in-person and remotely, sharing product knowledge and addressing general inquiries with thoroughness, diligence and sincere professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in luxury fashion or bridal.
  • Self-motivated, responsible individual with the ability to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passionate about the Danielle Frankel brand.

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing wholesale accounts.
