The Evans Group (TEG Intl.) is looking for a full-time Client Development Manager to join our sales team in our Los Angeles office!

As the Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals as part of our Sales Team. Working in our Los Angeles office, you will inspire, encourage and educate emerging designers and fashion entrepreneurs to bring their brands to life and partner with a best-in-class, internationally-trained team. The right candidate will be a highly motivated, success-driven, experienced Sales Professional who believes in creativity, collaboration, quality, and compared-to-none client experiences from initial introduction throughout the development process.

Who you are:

    Experienced- a Sales Professional with at least three years minimum experience, ideally in high-end fashion retail, design services, or apparel manufacturing sales.

    Motivated- you crave both results and culture. You thrive on winning new clients and exceeding monthly goals while embracing and embodying our unique culture, values, and guiding principles.

    Committed to growth and innovation- for yourself, your team, the company, the community, and our world.

    Nimble and adaptable- you can handle multiple leads and client proposals, contracts, etc., throughout various stages of the Client Development Process.

    Approachable and responsive- able to meet with prospective clients in person, remotely, on the phone, or through email as needed.

    Collaborative- you enjoy meeting weekly, monthly and as needed with the Director of Operations, Owner/Founder, and other members of the TEG team for feedback, training, growth, and development.

    Detailed- you can create accurate costing workbooks, estimates, contracts, and related documents for clients.

    Passionate- you quickly and confidently prepare and deliver sales presentations, clearly communicating the value and benefits of partnering with TEG and what sets us apart from all others. You always passionately and positively promote TEG internally and to the rest of the world!

    Capable- you quickly learn and utilize a variety of vertical and horizontal programs, apps, and communication tools.

    Patient- you understand and appreciate working with creative entrepreneurs just beginning their journey in clothing development and manufacturing or seasoned brands looking to supplement their existing creative teams. You are encouraging and believe everyone’s idea has potential!

    Currently located in the greater Los Angeles area.
