An exciting role within the Tiffany Ecommerce team, the Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for launching Content in the UK and across continental Europe (9 separate sites). This position will support Content Operations and Translations process flow to ensure that the Tiffany customer has the best possible experience when shopping online. The Digital Content Specialist is a dynamic and attentive individual who is adept at relationship building with internal team, and a strong, decisive team player that locally builds a climate of service excellence by maximizing the performance of their area. The Specialist is a loyal ambassador of the Tiffany brand and will align with the Tiffany Global Service Philosophy to:

The Tiffany & Co. Digital Content Specialist will exhibit skills in the following competencies:

Key Accountabilities:
  • Building and launching all the website Campaigns and Pre-Launches across 9 sites in line with overall brand strategy and in close partnership with the Digital Content Manager and Tiffany USA.
  • QA website campaigns throughout all stages to ensure minimal error.
  • Work together with the Merchandising Specialist in selecting and updating the Product Carousel on the Homepage across 9 markets.
  • Coordinate Campaign translations Feedback with the Marketing Teams in EMEA.
  • Implement Weekly/Daily Content Optimizations by market.
  • Supporting with ad hoc translations in local language and monitor the tone of voice to make sure it's in line with Tiffany requirements.
  • Conduct regular sites audit.
  • Optimize Onsite search keywords in local language.
  • Taking a supporting role in all Digital Content projects.
  • Support with website merchandising when necessary.
  • Provide country and language specific digital trends which meet business objectives and audience demographics.
  • Constantly look for new opportunities and regularly make suggestions to the Digital Content Manager as to how things can be improved.

  • Collaborate with other Tiffany & Co. departments - especially Marketing and Ecommerce teams in New York, Regional Merchandising teams and the Distribution Centre - to ensure that activity is delivered in line with set processes and procedures and in accordance with regional strategies, goals and objectives.
  • Work well on own initiative but also be a fully committed team player and engender respect and support from other members of the global business.
  • Contribute to the overall mission of the department.

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of ecommerce, digital and analytics related activity and be aware of industry developments and innovations.
  • Be acutely aware of competitor activity and always poised to capitalize on opportunities.
