As a Commercial Process Manager, you are a strategic-minded individual with a strong background in process mapping, process improvement, gap analysis, and documentation. In this role, you will lead efforts to streamline workflows, optimize operational processes, and drive efficiency and effectiveness across our commercial organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and areas prime for transformative improvements.

Your Mission

- Process Design and Implementation: You develop and implement scalable processes, workflows, and procedures to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive reliability across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You interact with cross-functional teams and system experts to evaluate how processes can be optimized and automated when possible.
- Process Documentation: You document and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions to guide teams in executing commercial activities.
- Change Management: You manage change initiatives related to processes, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: You quickly understand problems and can propose solutions in a dynamic environment.

Your Story

- 4+ years experience in Business Process Management, Operations, or related roles
- You are knowledgeable of process methods & techniques (e.g. TOC, continuous improvement, Lean)
- You are comfortable influencing without authority
- You know how to work with stakeholders from various parts of the business, and are empathetic to the various needs/perspectives
- You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously and to adjust quickly to new circumstances
- You are a team player that enjoys helping others solve problems and achieve their goals
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written), all other languages a plus
