About the Role

This temporary HQ role will proactively manage and develop strategic communications frameworks and tactical execution plans to amplify our company priorities and core narrative across key internal and external audiences. The Sr. Manager will develop and implement strategic and holistic communications campaigns that inspire the way talent, business partners, customers and key stakeholders think about Gap Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and be a strong writer, creative thinker, and highly organized. This role requires collaborating effectively within matrixed teams and shaping compelling content across multiple formats and channels to deliver with excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Owncommunications planningand campaign management formultiplecampaignsannuallythat build theportfoliobrandandstrategicnarrative.
  • Workcross-functionallytooverseethedevelopmentofassetsandcampaigncontentto deliveragainstnarrativeobjectives.
  • Assesscampaigneffectiveness utilizingmetricsandinsightsandpivotwherenecessarytoimprove performance.
  • BuildtheGapInc.brandinternallyandexternallyacross paid,ownedandearnedchannels
  • Create execution plans, working in tandem with cross-function partners
  • Provide frequent updates to companyleadership and stakeholders on strategy, execution and results


Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience in Strategic Communications
  • Strong Operations or Project Management experience
  • Fluency working within a matrixed and collaborative organizational culture
  • Agile, proactive, can work in fast-paced environment and able to prioritize effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding collaboration and project management skills, including demonstrated track record in managing complex projects and contributing insights-driven, creative solutions

Salary Range: $115,600 - $167,000 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
