As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be playing a pivotal role within the Brand Engagement Team to ensure relevant product storytelling, which is consistent with the marketing calendar, championing key campaigns and workstreams to maximize brand participation, drive sales, increase ATV and SPV.

You will create, develop, and foster strong working relationships at both central and local level as you work across cross functional teams to devise and deploy Product Newness Moments as well as support key Business Growth Initiatives.

What you will be doing

This senior marketing role, within the Brand Engagement team, will primarily focus on

  • Develop and deliver innovative marketing strategy for Product Newness Moments (360 activation across all villages) in spring and autumn that secures better product, drives sales, increases ATV and SPV
  • Provide trends and insight on key consumer trends to support the development of Product Newness Moments and key calendar product moments
  • Brief central creative team on each Product Newness Moment to ensure we have suitable campaign photography and creative assets. Work with the PNM SteerCo and other Central Teams to deliver 'best in class guidelines covering all aspects of the marketing mix, retail, VM and product
  • Collaborate with villages on the execution of their Product Newness Moments. Assess all marketing activity and lessons learnt to fully optimise and share with teams to drive future growth
  • Champion key Business Growth initiatives for the Brand Engagement Team including Brand Events, Membership, Village from Home. Provide Steerco support for Brand Events to drive Sample Sales, Curated, Virtual Shopping and Luxury Brands via PCS team
