HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

By now, we are looking for a talented Supply Operations Planner & Analyst within our Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit who will take care of the following tasks:

What you can expect:

  • Collect, analyze and evaluate forecasted production volumes from collection framework interfacing with Crea and Brand Management Teams;
  • Create critical path for bulk production in collaborations with our global vendors, considering different kind of transportation, and pro-actively drive the right style allocation for bulk production;
  • Negotiate lead-times and minimum order quantities with our vendor base, considering capacities and capabilities to guarantee availability of goods and on-time delivery;
  • Manage raw material commitments for critical components according to critical path planning, following-up and tracking them to ensure maximum efficiency in production and minimize left over liabilities;
  • Managing and monitoring main costs KPI's, such as production, raw material and logistics costs;
  • Continuous process optimization and support in improving already existing processes and tools with focus on VBA implementation and process automation, prepare statistics and reports.

Your profile:

  • Have a proven experience in Supply Planning in International Companies;
  • Have full proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience in SAP (MM) and SAP Analytic Cloud as a plus;
  • Fluent in English, other languages as a plus;
  • Have a time to delivery mindset with excellent organizational and analytical skills;
  • Be a proactive, flexible and open-minded team player.
