As Senior Lead - Commercial GTM, you will lead our end-to-end GTM process. Your mission will be to secure input and alignment across functions to drive an integrated, optimized GTM.

This is a challenging and independent role structured in our Global Commercial team, reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy

Your Mission

- In this role, you will lead the operation + strategic optimization of the Go-To-Market process across all regions and product verticals to ensure we're developing commercially viable and innovative products.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product strategy, marketing, supply chain, digital, retail, marketing and regional sales to develop and optimize processes, ensuring we get the right people in the right room at the right time and holding them accountable to their GTM deliverables.
- Own the organization and seamless execution of critical commercial GTM milestones meeting
- Align and coordinate the seasonal calendars across all regional and product category GTMs across footwear, apparel and accessories. Lead the product management teams handover processes into the organization.
- Work closely with the Commercial Enablement team to implement and improve enablement tools and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Ensure alignment and optimization of product category GTMs across footwear, apparel and accessories.
- Full ownership and coordination of Key Account previews, pre-lines and optimization of sell-in process.
- Enable product lifecycle conversations and product portfolio improvement processes.

Your Story

- 8+ years of experience in a best-in-class consumer product GTM Operations function at a global brand across multiple product categories.
- Proven project management and cross-functional process experience collaborating with teammates across all levels of the organization.
- HIghly organized and ability to prioritize & meet multiple deadlines in compressed timeframe situations with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to zoom out, see the bigger picture, and then zoom back in to identify tangible next steps and a path forward.
- Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently; Bias toward action.
