About the role

We now have a rare and exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Visual Merchandising Specialist for the UAE market.

The VM Specialist is the ambassador of Tiffany & Co. and is responsible for leveraging and adapting Visual Merchandising initiatives through enhancing the Tiffany & Co. brand store through a cohesive blend of creativity and commerciality.

Responsibilities include, but are no limited to:
  • Partner closely with the retail teams to ensure in-store presentation is always at its optimum
  • Ensure the merchandise selected for each creative campaign fixture is the best and boldest while being properly installed, styled, and lit to create an impactful presentation.
  • Coordinate the creative campaign ordering process, logistics and installation for designated stores. Partner with VM Lead on any local production needs, along with requests for damages, missing collateral, and any changes to the creative orders.
  • Work together with retail teams on creative campaign installation and maintenance training plans. Track the effectiveness of creative campaigns and share with VM Market Lead.
  • Ensure styling guidelines and the merchandising strategy is upheld in all stores, including partnering with Retail teams to identify any VM collateral needs.
  • Support VM Market Lead on any Retail training initiatives and maintaining network of VM in-store ambassadors.
  • Coordinate VM components of new store openings and renovations within the Market. Partner with Market Leads on the ordering, logistics and installing of all VM collateral and creatives.
  • Assist on Retail activations, including pop-ups and façade animations, which may include vendor communications and vendor invoice management.
  • Support setup of Retail activations and events, both market based and regional events.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have 3-5 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas, preferably luxury retail.
  • Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, props, furniture, flowers.
  • Have vendor and project management experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, flexible, outgoing and enthusiastic.
  • Be able to work with a variety of people, present ideas and information to groups.
  • Flexible in working evenings and weekends, when required for store openings and events.
  • have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
