As our Hospitality Manager, you will oversee the seamless operation of The Apartment in Bicester Village, catering to VIP guests and managing exclusive events.

Your expertise in Food and Beverage service will be paramount in delivering high quality hospitality experience.

We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, who will embody our commitment to five-star luxury service, ensuring each guest leaves with cherished memories.

What you will be doing

  • Demonstrating an inherent understanding of guests needs and a passion for delivering excellent standards in service and hospitality.
  • Ensure the Apartment is operating efficiently always keeping the delivery of high-quality guest experience and maintained in excellent conditions.
  • Advocate the Bicester Village standards, procedures and policies are always adhered to.
  • Create and maintain excellent business relationships with VIP's and HNWI's at all times and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide recommendations and insights on new services and system to enhance the quality of services.
  • Support with the management of stock control, ordering, Apartment budget and planning
  • Offering the ultimate guest experience by being luxury ambassadors for the flagship village.
  • Build strong relationships with both current and potential Brand partners to ensure that our Private Client/HNW guest receives a luxury retail experience.

  • Experience as a F&B Supervisor/Restaurant/Lounge/VIP Events Supervisor in a luxury environment including hotel, members clubs and events sectors.
  • Food hygiene Level 2 or above is desirable.
  • A solid understanding of the luxury customer
  • Experienced in service delivery both front and back of house, achieving an elevated level of service.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
  • Computer literate and fully conversant in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exemplary adherence to impeccable grooming standards, an appreciation for personal presentation and commitment to immaculate appearance
  • Flexibility to work on a shift pattern basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Fluent in English (European, Mandarin, and Arabic languages would be beneficial)
