Sub-Job Family Description - CRM: Understands the tastes and preferences of our clients in order to provide a stellar customer experience. Creates a bond to maintain customer loyalty and brand addiction.

Head of Client Engagement and Events is a pivotal position within Gucci, accountable for all day-to-day Clienteling activities and animations, aiming to accelerate the brand's engagement with clients and nourishing the relationship with clients solidly at store / field level by close working with District Clienteling Managers. Meanwhile, this position will lead event team to pillar support business strategic direction, Fashion/volume, Timeless/High AUR, Men.
