Job Details

The primary purpose of this position is to provide better support to Tiffany Business strategy from IT infra perspective.
Working scope including but not limited to documentation. The role shall be very familiar with network devices, Cisco devices, Palo Alto FWs, Infoblox. Essential for network tech, VPN, MPLS, WAN, LAN, Wireless, IP Phone. This role shall support store business, and network projects, such as Store network build-up/SDWAN cut over/ IDC build up. Better to have cloud network components' knowledge.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support store projects, grand opening, decommission, relocation, network devices' configurations. (Support regions: China Mainland, HK, MO, TW)
  • Support network projects, upgrade, cut over, expansion, etc. for all facilities, office, warehouse, stores.
  • Support region IDC rooms build up/ relocation.
  • Support cloud project, sites' connectivity, express route, VPN, etc.
  • Handle network related change management and ensure that all changes follow standard processes and are controllable.
  • Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
  • Follow project schedule deliver outcomes, such as SDWAN cut over, circuits migration, old network devices replacement, etc.
  • Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage.
  • Resolve specific technical network operation issues and other network connectivity issues that have been submitted to the infra team.
  • Timely identify and resolve issues related to local area network (LAN)/network telephone (IPT)/wireless network (WiFi)/Palo Alto firewall/Infoblox/Meraki, including standby during non-working hours in case of potential network emergencies.
  • Incidence management and root cause analysis.
  • Work directly with the third-party vendors to fix infrastructural issues.
  • Other hands-on activity.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science or equivalent
  • Familiar with Cisco, Palo alto, Infoblox, ISE, Meraki.
  • Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, strong execution ability, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Understanding project requirements and KPIs.
  • Proficient in withstanding pressure, professionally handling multiple tasks, able to prioritize projects and establish timelines, and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • 5 years of advanced data communication work experience, with at least 3 years of work experience supporting enterprise telecommunications engineering and architecture or other technologies such as Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), Wide Area Network (WAN) and wireless, VoIP, firewall, etc.
  • Priority given to Cisco Certified (CCIE/CCNP) certificate or equivalent qualification certificate
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Preferred
  • Huawei network certificate HCNA/HCNP.
  • PMP/Prince2 certificate.
  • Priority will be given to those with relevant system certification and hardware manufacturer certification.
  • Priority given to those with basic knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
  • Experience of cloud, Ali-cloud or/and Azure.
  • Experience with global & luxury brands / Retail.
