Role Mission

The Celebrities Creative Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the Celebrities Creative Services Manager across many aspects of VIP and entertainment associations with the brand. The primary focus will be to support all aspects of the Product Placement & Mailing, Talent Fittings, Sample Ordering process and budget reporting. The mission is to bring visibility and impact to the brand with the intention of helping drive brand awareness.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist Celebrity Creative Services Manager with: celebrity management and special events projects by administering internal requests coming from design, atelier and communication departments to ensure a smooth progress; dressing (including fittings) and distribution of garments.
  • Create and keep the internal records and recap documents updated on a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the design office for the creation of custom pieces, and the PR office to maintain clear the director's vision for the projects.
  • Oversee and keep track of the shipments to make sure everything arrives or departs on time.
  • Assist on celebrities' projects and events such as front row dressing.
  • Support in capsule wardrobe creation
  • Organize fittings and travels


Key Requirements
  • BA/BS in Public Relations, Marketing, Finance, or related degree.
  • From 3 to 5 years experience working in a VIP, Public Relations or related role (e.g., press office, operational roles, …).
  • Fluent in both Italian & English.
  • Strong writing, communication and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of style, fashion trends and Entertainment Industry across Film, TV, Music, Sports and Art.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint: Outlook.
  • Solution oriented with strong problem-solving skills and determined personality.
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with excellent time management skills (ability to prioritize and multitask).
  • Works well under multiple deadline pressure (often under minimal timeframes).
  • Positive and focused professional team attitude with critical mindset.
  • Ability to be discrete, confidential and always reliable.
