Position Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to monitor and manage Sassanova.com. The E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our website while improving the user experience. The E-Commerce Coordinator will be key to the growth of our online retail operations. You will implement layout changes, update product listings, and optimize navigation for enhanced user experience. You will also set up website graphics and promotions making sure seasonal changes to product assortment are featured for site visitors and collection pages are optimized to drive sales.

 

Key Job Functions

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the e-commerce platform, including product uploads, inventory management, order processing, and customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and efficient online shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to curate and merchandise product collections for the website, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and imagery that aligns with our brand aesthetic and enhances customer engagement.
  • Monitor website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales metrics, using analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales, including email marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and targeted advertising campaigns across digital channels.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including payment gateways, shipping carriers, and website maintenance partners, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any technical issues or challenges.
  • Stay informed about e-commerce trends, best practices, and industry developments, providing recommendations for new features, enhancements, and initiatives to enhance the online shopping experience and drive revenue growth, including Shopify App integration.
  • Support the development and execution of digital content, including product imagery, videos, and editorial features, to showcase our product offerings and storytelling on the website and social media platforms.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data insights to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement actionable strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide customer service, including filling online orders and responding to customer questions and issues, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of inventory across all Sassanova and Nova Man locations. 

 

Qualifications

While we recognize these characteristics as contributing to the success of our best managers, we value diverse backgrounds and are open to candidates with relevant experience who demonstrate a passion for fashion and strong leadership skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital retail management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Track record of setting and achieving online sales KPIs.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and experience with retail buying systems or inventory management software is preferred.
  • Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of luxury brands, designer collections, and current fashion trends.
