Bachendorf's is seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving brand awareness, loyalty, and increased ROI across our retail locations.

The Opportunity:

As a strategic thinker, collaborator, and connector, you will be a key contributor to the success of Bachendorf's dynamic marketing, social media, and PR campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, PR team, and key retail leaders to ensure all activities, initiatives, and campaigns are:

Strategic: Drive measurable results and ROI for Bachendorf's retail locations.

On-brand: Maintain consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels.

Timely: Prepare and launch campaigns on schedule and within budget.


Social Media Management:

Assist with managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Respond to all comments, inquiries, and messages within 24 hours.

Collaborate with co-op partners on social media campaigns.

Customer Engagement:

Manage and respond to customer reviews on Google, Yelp, Instagram, and Facebook using Podium review management software.

Respond to all inquiries received through the main and boutique websites.

Campaign Execution:

Create and schedule e-blasts for Bachendorf's and selected brands.

Coordinate with stores and corporate to update mailing lists for future mailings.

Place creative requests to brands according to media plans and deadlines.

Assist with store requests related to specialty orders, alcohol purchases, signage, and floral/décor updates.

Event Support:

Coordinate with charity clients for silent auction events, including jewelry selection, prop management, and table setup.

Assist the Marketing Director with selecting and processing jewelry donations for silent auctions.



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (optional), Canva, Squarespace, CRM software, Google Drive, and social media management platforms.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Passion for the jewelry industry and luxury brands (a plus).
