Job Title: Manager, E-Commerce Korea

Reporting to: Head of eCommerce Korea (Senior Manager)

Primary Purpose: The purpose of this role is to manage and operate eCommerce platforms to meet overall business goals and direction. Main key drive is to plan eCommerce strategies by analyzing holistic performance marketing KPIs including traffic, conversion and landing strategy. This role is an owner of Coach D2C websites and be an executor of assets and visual selection in line with product strategy and VM guides, continuously seek for developed IT enhancement with tech-friendly manner to make the websites destination of Coach's digital journey.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in eCommerce

  • Regularly manage Coach Korea's eCommerce platforms operation daily basis.
  • Analyze eKPIs deeply and develop media strategy for great level of traffic and higher conversion to core target group.
  • Review online assets, visual sources and deploy and place them at the website to make it better looking in line with global visual guidance.
  • Focus on new customer acquisition especially for Gen Z and young generations.
  • Actively communicate with brand marketing team to set up upcoming activities on online environment and discuss landing strategy with structured logic.
  • Lead successful communication with external parties, including business partners and vendors.
  • Take key role of IT enhancement and new technical development project of Coach owned website and online venue in line with APAC IT
  • Cooperate customer care center to handle eCustomer claims and requests based on consistence guidelines.
  • Keep eyes on stable inventory level of eStock zone and proactively communicate with stock allocation team and logistics team.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with internal and external stake holders for stable operation of eCommerce business.


Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • At least +5 years in eCommerce field is required and digital marketing, commercial platform experience preferred.
  • +8 years of total retail industry experience is necessary.
  • Understanding of holistic eKPIs evaluation and analysis.
  • Experience of analysis GA data on hand and pre & post promotion evaluation.
  • Strong communication skills with internal stake holders including marketing, product team, IT team and accounting team and external parties including business partners and agencies.
  • Understanding of brand building by online commercial channels is required.
  • Good understanding of web technologies in eCommerce environment
  • Concrete knowledge in eCommerce operation system, interface, related regulation and laws, etc
  • Open to speak out its opinion without hesitating and in front of people
  • Excellent communication in both English and Korean
