The Role:

As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the Planning, Analysis and Reporting for the HOKA Wholesale & Distributor markets. You will work closely with the HOKA Sales Teams to support in setting robust plans and forecasts by season and financial year, and highlight areas of risk and opportunity for the Head of FP&A.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of customer level forecasting and great attention to detail to build accurate budgets, forecasts and produce timely, relevant analysis to facilitate the decision-making process.

Your Impact:
  • Own the preparation of the Annual Brand Plan, covering the Wholesale, Distributor and subsequent forecast updates
  • Report on business performance through Brand reporting packs
  • Work closely with the UGG Senior Financial Analyst to develop consistent Brand and Channel reporting
  • Challenge Brand Management and facilitate informed decision making to drive the business forward
  • Support Sales Directors, Merchandise, Product, Demand & Supply teams, and the Head of FP&A to execute Brand Plan

Who You Are:
  • You have a high standard of accuracy with statistical data
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • You’re comfortable with dealing with complexity comfortably
  • You understand the importance of prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines

We would Love to Hear from People with:
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, experience in Wholesale and Distribution markets is beneficial
  • Full Qualification or working towards Qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Pan-European/Multi-currency experience including USD is a plus
