Nanushka is looking for a talented Sales Associate to join our team in London. We are looking for dynamic people with a modern and versatile approach. If you’re passionate about fashion, art and Nanushka, working with people, a detail-oriented mind, and a can-do attitude; we want you in our team!


As a Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every client is treated with the highest customer service. You will strive to discover your clients' needs and guide them across the Nanushka universe, creating a lasting experience during their visit. You will proactively reach out to your clients to achieve individual and team goals.



  • Welcome every client and provide the best experience
  • Work to drive individual and team objectives to reach sales results
  • Advise clients across the Nanushka Universe creating a unique, long-lasting experience
  • Sharing your passion and excellent product knowledge through the selling ceremony process
  • Perform as a team player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the London Store
  • Respect Nanushka brand standards in terms of behavior
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures



  • Strong customer service skills and customer empathy
  • Very polite, patient, and with a warm personality
  • Ability to develop & maintain quality relationships
  • Positive, hardworking, proactive, self-motivated, and driven to meet targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a team 
  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Flexible to participate on the occasion to work evenings/out of working hours for special events or stock takes
  • Excellent English required,  working knowledge of another language will be considered as a true asset 
  • Previous retail experience is required ideally with a client book
  • ideal candidate must have a very customer-focused mindset, a strong sense of fashion, and excellent communication ability
  • Sales focused with objectives to over exceed targets and meet business objectives
