Job Title: Creative Projects Coordinator (Digital focus) 

Location: Woburn Walk, Bloomsbury, London WC1H

Reports to: Creative Director & Marketing Manager

Working alongside: Design Assistant

Working Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9:30am to 6pm, 45 minute lunch

Contract: 12 month maternity contract

Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate Creative Projects Coordinator to work directly with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager to execute strong brand presentations through photoshoots, visual merchandising, and brand collateral. You will have an excellent eye for detail,  cultural and marketplace awareness, and will be responsible for the Halfpenny London brand aesthetic. You will also ensure Halfpenny London standards are met through processes, quality of product, and professional conduct.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Working with the Creative director to execute the vision and manage the campaign shoots (stills and film) from concept to execution, through to image selection, editing notes and packaging the final product
  • Manage seasonal pack shot images with the Design Assistant
  • Collaborate and drive digital design concepts with the Marketing team. Exploring new ideas to entice new clients, whilst best representing new products
  • Oversee model castings for campaign and social content with the support of the Design Assistant and Marketing Assistant respectively.
  • Stay up to date with the current marketplace and key trends. Attend relevant exhibitions, concept stores, talks and shows that inspire creativity and innovation
  • Deliver concepts and execute design for all Halfpenny London projects including: Visuals for pop-ups, event spaces, floor plans, boutique presentation, window vinyl’s and VM
  • Create brand collateral for seasonal markets including line sheets, look books & brand decks
  • Create all brand graphics ie. Website, socials and other marketing material including brand packaging 
  • Attend key fitting sessions with the Design team to understand brand direction
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver all assets for collection release and launch events ie. Images, films etc. 

The Candidate:

  • You are an optimistic, intuitive problem solver who is a solution-oriented person and thrives from working with a luxury product.
  • Very experienced in digital design preferably with graphic design background or adequate transferable experience to the role.
  • Have a good attitude to building relationships with photographers, videographers, digital specialists, printer etc. 
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Possesses an exceptionally strong eye for detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring critical path is followed and working within company budgets
  • You will operate in a professional manner as a proud representative of Halfpenny London and promote a positive culture within the brand. This means bringing a problem-solving attitude, a friendly approach, and a courteous manner in all dealings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for teamwork
  • Personal accountability and integrity 
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
